Rigid UV Blocking Filter Sheets

CON-TROL-CURE® RIGID UV FILTER SHEETS filter out 100% of UV light below 390nm and 98% between 390nm and 400nm. They are made of tough acrylic,(Clear and Blue) or Polycarbonate (Bronze) which have a UV filter formulated into the plastic. Our filter sheets are ideal for protective booths or shields or for doors enclosing UV equipment. Clear Rigid UV Filter Sheets allow maximum transmission of visible light while bronze and blue Rigid UV Filter Sheets significantly reduce visible light transmission. Available in standard .25" (6.25mm) thick, or new 0.125" (3.175mm) thick. Sold in 4' x 4' (1.22 x 1.22mm) sheets.

For shipping purposes we can rough cut your 4 foot x 4 foot sheets into two 2 foot x 4 foot pieces (610mm x 1220mm approx) so that they can ship via UPS. Please note that there is an additional cutting fee for this service. If you need a precise 2 foot x 4 foot piece, we offer these factory pre-cut. Some of the larger sheets can be a challenge to ship - please contact us and we will see what we can do.

VA Grade UV Blocking Perspex Sheets

Perspex® VA is a special grade of Perspex® cast acrylic with UV light absorbing qualities.

PERSPEX® VA is a transparent, clear cast acrylic sheet with integral UV protection and is suitable for specialist glazing applications, display cases and museums and art galleries who wish to protect any exhibits from most damaging UV light. It offer a slightly lower level of UV protection than VE grade Perspex but has better optical characteristics and has no tint or hue. Perspex VA Grade sheet blocks 99% of UV light with wavelengths of 250–385nm

Available in 3mm and 5mm thickness. The surface finish is a gloss finish on both sides. Shipped with a protective coating on both sides. We also offer a cut-to-size service for any other panel size required.

UV Orange Blocking Partition Screens

Wherever high intensity UV and large amounts of visible light are present, personnel should be shielded from the potential harm of overexposure to UV radiation. CON-TROL-CURE® Portable UV Filter Screens block UV light emanating from plate exposure equipment and other UV curing equipment.

These self-standing screens offer near-ideal transparency while its patented PVC construction absorbs, scatters and filters the light spectrum for superior protection against UV exposure. Constructed of square steel tubing with platform legs and right angle foot supports for added stability and optimized floor space. All frame corners are reinforced with steel gussets for installing additional screens. Available in two sizes.
